Kern County and Los Angeles County firefighters are battling a house fire in the 7000 block of Digier Cyn Rd at 12:30 pm today. Heavy snow, icy roads and lack of water supply thwarted firefighting efforts. The fire has taken over an hour to contain. Photo Jeff Zimmerman, copyright.
