WIND GUSTS BETWEEN 25 AND 35 MPH WILL BE COMMON THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON ACROSS THESE AREAS...WITH LOCAL GUSTS OVER 40 MPH LIKELY THROUGH FAVORED MOUNTAIN PASSES.
