A low pressure system has light rain falling in the Bay area with a slight chance of rain above point conception tonight.
By Thursday the low should have cleared with high pressure building over the area with temps soaring to triple digits by Friday afternoon inland. The peak should hit Sunday with triple digit Temps. There is a slight chance of thunderstorms in the AV if subtropical moisture is picked up in the southerly flow, slight chance at best. The Fourth of July weekend should be warm and relatively dry. There is a slight chance of dry Lightning in the forecast, we will watch this closely. Posted Zimmerman
